Samsung Electro-Mechanics, Kitech, @[KIST(Korea Institute of Science and Technology)](urn:li:organization:759891), and Hanyang University have developed a flexible EMI-shielding film that withstands more than 400,000 folding cycles without performance loss. TUBALL™ nanotubes bridge graphene platelets, creating a stronger conductive network that improves both shielding performance and folding durability.

Minimized swelling in silicon-rich electrodes.
Silicon anodes can dramatically increase battery energy density, but their large volume expansion often leads to rapid degradation of the battery. TUBALL™ single wall carbon nanotubes create a robust conductive network that keeps silicon particles connected during cycling, reducing anode swelling from up to 160% to approximately 20% and helping extend battery life.
